Near the harbour in Norrköping stands Sara’s Bageri, a traditional bakery run for many years by a sister and brother. I visited them during the last weeks before new owners took over.

Their collaboration had been shaped by decades of routine. Few words were needed. Each knew exactly what to do, and the work unfolded at its own pace — calm, steady, and practiced.
